The 409A Valuation service provides an independent appraisal of your common stock's fair market value so you can grant options at a defensible strike price. It's typically required before issuing options and refreshed annually. This is a standalone add-on — you can request a 409A whether or not you subscribe to PaperOS's Corporate Administration. This service was previously bundled with the Corporate Administration subscription, but now is offered separately.
